We are able to offer fixed price quotes for certain jobs. For smaller jobs we charge an hourly rate of £60 + VAT for the first hour followed by £50/hr + VAT for any additional hours required. There is a minimum charge of 1hr. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. We do not charge a call out fee. 

We cover a 10 mile radius from Yeovil, Somerset. We can occasionally travel further for some jobs. 

Please call us on 01935 676276 and we’ll get to you as soon as we can. If possible turn off your water. The stopcock is normally found under your kitchen sink. Turn this tap clockwise until it stops. This should hopefully prevent any further water escaping until we arrive.

We don’t offer an out-of-hours emergency service at present but please leave a voicemail if you out-of-hours and we do our very best to assist.
